The tunwood version of the Lotus sitar by Radhey Shyam Sharma.
Fully decorated with nice carvings of lotus flowers accurately made in Radhey Shyam's workshop. Like the teakwood version no cellulloid decoration around it, instead of it notice the ebony trimming, which makes it a sober but elegant instrument. There also has been made a hole in the upper part of the neck to get higher volume (an exclusive innovation by this maker).
A nice and easily playable sitar, set up in Kharaj Pancham style (7 strings).
